Masters of Casual ships worldwide from our warehouse in France. Orders received Monday to Friday are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays will be processed the following business day and dispatched within 24-48 hours from that day. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are based on the country of delivery. Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Masters of Casual ships worldwide however shipment costs and transit times may vary for countries located within the international zone as based on the destination. You will be notified via email of any additional costs incurred based on your shipment location.

Orders will be shipped using standard fast shipping (colissimo). If you prefer to expedite your shipment additional fees will be incurred and will be confirmed by our customer service team. Masters of Casual is not responsible for any import or customs charges.

On average, orders take the following amount of time to deliver depending on the country:
Zone 1 – 1-2 business days
Zone 2 – 2-4 business days
Zone 3 – 5-10 business day
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, misplaced, stolen, or for any unexpected delays in shipping.
Please note that we do not offer free return shipments. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your shoes back to us, plus the cost of any customs penalty fees as applicable. Orders must be returned within 15 days of the receipt date.
Items are eligible for return with the original receipt and must be unused, in their original condition and include both the box and the dust bag.

Products must be returned with the original invoice, which should indicate that you wish to return the product, and be shipped to the following address with signature for delivery:

We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. You will be notified via email when your return is received and processed. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the credit to your account.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

At this time, we cannot accept exchanges and apologize for the inconvenience. Please send the unwanted item back for a refund and place a new order through our online shop.
Items returned for exchange must ship in accordance with our return shipment policy stated above. The delivery cost for replacement products exchanged due to a quality or sizing issue will be waived.
